At Élon Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional non-surgical aesthetic services tailored to each client’s needs. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, the following Non-Refundable Policy applies to all services and service deposits:
Service Deposits & Payments
- All deposits made for non-surgical services (including, but not limited to, body sculpting, fat-dissolving injections, skin tightening, and weight loss treatments) are non-refundable.
- Deposits are required to secure an appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.
- If a client reschedules within the allowed timeframe (see Cancellation Policy), the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date.
No Refunds on Services Rendered
- Due to the nature of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, no refunds will be issued
- Results vary by individual, and while we strive to achieve optimal outcomes, Élon Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. One reschedule per deposit is permitted.
- Failure to provide notice within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for a future appointment.
- No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full charge of the scheduled service and loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
No Chargebacks or Disputes
- By making a deposit or purchasing a service, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. Chargebacks and disputes will be challenged with proof of this agreement and the client’s acknowledgment at payment or booking.
This policy is in accordance with Florida law, which permits Élon Aesthetics to establish and enforce clear refund policies, provided they are disclosed to clients at the time of payment and or booking.
